I know this is not a new problem, but I've been struggling with it for a week already and tried every single way I could find online. Microsoft office 2016 mac 激活.


Microsoft office 365 was purchased last July for 1 year through AppStore. It was working until recently started to ask to 'Activate'.

I'm a new user and may have done something with the usernames, but I can't recall unfortunately.


I can see Microsoft in 'Purchased' section in AppStore. When I open Word or Excel - I see message 'Activate'. When I try to activate with the same credentials that were used to make purchase - I get notification 'No license found'


I've got in touch with Microsoft online support and they told me it's not their problem - since it was purchased through AppStore - Apple is the one I should address for help.


When I login to my Microsoft account with the same credentials I don't see my purchase there.

So I'm a new MacBook user and start already to regret I haven't purchased Windows equipped normal PC and would appreciate your help on this.


What I did:

  • reset keychain passwords
  • completely uninstalled word, downloaded it again from AppStore and installed once again
  • downloaded Microsoft Office Lincese Activation program and tried it too

So what else can be done? How to check if all my credentials are good on Mac? Maybe I logged out of somewhere accidentally and now that's causing a problem?
